Financial records, family photographs, reminiscences and correspondence relating to the Harry Drachman family and their shoe business. The collection consists chiefly of scattered financial ledgers including cash, daily journal, collections, sales, and other ledgers covering aspects of the company's operations from 1897 to 1930. Articles of incorporation and minutes for the Criterion Shoe Company are also present. Photographs are of Drachman, Ogden, Rice, Delaney and Tompkins family members; most are portraits. There are also two oversize photographs of Morenci and a Rough Riders regiment on horseback. A five-page reminiscence by Harry describes Tucson schools, an 1877 smallpox epidemic, and attacks by Apaches. A very small amount of correspondence is present about bills in the State legislature while Drachman was senator. A ledger is present for the Arizona Health League, 1907 to 1910, a women's organization formed to aid tuberculosis patients. There is also a prescripton book, in German, belonging to Felix Levy.
